Return and Warranty Policy

      Product can be returned within the first 7 days. Product must be in brand new condition with its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total. Return shipping cost will not be covered.      

      LEDmodules.com (“Company”) provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

      To submit a warranty claim, contact the Company at 346-758-7172 or email info@led-factory.com. All claims are subject to review, and the Company retains sole discretion in determining whether a defect qualifies for warranty coverage.

      Customers must provide relevant details about the issue and submit photos of the defective product. The product must also be returned to the Company for inspection, with the customer responsible for all return shipping costs.

      If the claim is approved, the Company will repair or replace the product at its discretion and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

      This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
